🇨🇿 Fixační element do kufru - inspirován elementem ze Škody Superb 🇬🇧 Fixation element for the boot– inspired by one from the Škoda Superb. 🇨🇿 Vytvořil jsem dvě verze fixačního elementu do kufru auta inspirován originálním ze Škody Superb. Model je velikostně koncipován tak, ať se dá diagonálně vytisknout i na tiskárně Bambu Lab A1 mini. 🇬🇧 I have created two versions of a fixation element for a car boot, inspired by the original from the Škoda Superb. The model is sized to be printed diagonally even on a Bambu Lab A1 Mini printer. 🇨🇿 Největší výzva tohoto modelu je výtisk ohebného pantu uprostřed. Původní element má ve Škodě jako pant použitý tenký plast, který je ohebný cca. o tloušťce 0,8 mm. Zvolil jsem tedy stejnou taktiku a při tisku z PETG je část poměrně ohebná, avšak si nejsem jistý životností tohoto řešení. Můj výtisk zatím funguje dobře. Z toho důvodu vznikla V2, kde je prvek vcelku a výztuhy se zvětšily kvůli pevnosti v ose Z. Níže dávám dokumentaci k pantu. 🇬🇧 The biggest challenge of this model is printing the flexible hinge in the middle. The original element in the Škoda uses a thin plastic hinge, approximately 0.8 mm thick, which provides flexibility. I followed the same approach, and when printed in PETG, the part is relatively flexible. However, I am unsure about the durability of this solution. So far, my print is working well. For this reason, I created V2, where the element is printed as a single piece, and the reinforcements have been increased for greater strength in the Z-axis. Below, I am providing documentation for the hinge. 🇨🇿 K dokončení modelu je potřeba zakoupit samolepící suchý zip, který nalepíte zespod modelu. 🇬🇧 To complete the model, you need to purchase self-adhesive hook-and-loop tape, which should be attached to the bottom of the model.
