Aftermarket stereos for pre-facelift Fiat 500 (years 2007-2015) usually require removing original diffuser and vents which leads to air blowing into the back of stereo screen and everywhere under dashboard. This model is not as fancy as the redirect for 9" stereos , but gets the job done - redirect the air (or most of it since it isn't flush) into the cabin. You can glue foam seal tape to the back of the stereo screen and/or to the sides of the vent if you want a better seal or more pleasant look - I have used 5mm thick × 10mm wide tape for windows. Print vertically with supports under mounting plate. ABS or PETG is recommended (or anything that is durable and will work under sun heat). Mirror model for the right side vent during slicing. Screw it into the stereo mount if you wish, but it sits quite tight by itself. At the time of publishing I have tested this with two similar Android stereos (the only visual difference was knob vs buttons on the left, the knob one didn't sit flush with the dashboard by itself) and there is a noticeable difference of airflow between no redirect and with redirect.
