Original redesign of ‘Fiamma Carry Bike VW T4’ parts made in fusion360. I've put equivalent part numbers in file names. This replaces; Frame spaces with square ones - part #98656-586 Rubber pole sleeves - part #98656-859 Carrier rail ends with a soft cornered versions - part #98656-999 Clip used to secure the carrier when not in use  - part #98656M010 Buttons plugs for the frameholes - original item I repainted my rack black and converted it to fit a Berlingo. It was a 2nd hand find, all the red plastic looked faded to pink. The cost to buy black parts was more than what I paid second hand, hence replacing it with printed parts. Some notes:  You'll need to take into account shrinkage and fiamma tubes aren't round but squished slightly from bending and stamping holes. I used a heat gun to soften ASA to make it conform the irregular shapes.  There's a Zip tie hole for the clip, print that without supports. The hole was added for a zip tie to prevent it from getting knocked off just in case you whack it loading a bike so not to loose it. The pole sleeves and carrier ends are friction fit designed to be hammered/pressed on.
