Description

This was tested with Crossbars purchased in 2023 using ABS filament.  I do not recommend using PLA as temperatures inside the bed can get high enough to melt and deform PLA. BOM: 2 x 30mm M6 Bolts 2 x M6 Washers Mounting Instructions: Using a small screwdriver, carefully pry the dust cover off the mounting bolts for the bed wall adjacent to the cab/gear tunnel Remove the existing M6 bolts with a 10mm socket Save the large washer for later On each new M6 bolt, place 1 M6 washer, and the large washer you just removed on the bolt Insert the new bolt through each mounting bracket and attach to the truck bed. While tightening be careful to: NOT OVERTIGHTEN Adjust the large washer so it sits in the center of the mount Reinstall the dust covers.
