This is redesigned replacement cover cap for Toyota Avensis estate T27 roof trim. Print settings: Layer height: 0.2 mm Perimeters: 3 Solid layers - top/bottom: 6 / 6 Infill: 15 % Supports: Yes (only under selected faces - see picture) I created once copy of the original cover cap to replace a missing cap. After around one year the cover cap was missing again, so I created redesigned version. This cap consists of two parts to improve printability and the locking part of the hook is now wider. First version required a little bit of manual rework. Current version requires only removal of very small support. Part orientation after assembly is presented on one of attached pictures.
