I printed the rear window regulator pulley for the Citroen Xsara Picasso with supports in PETG, and it has been working daily for more than three months. I have some ideas for making it stronger, but I'd need some photos of break points (if there are any) so that I can strengthen those parts. I have also tried ABS and ASA, both of which were not strong enough, since the pulley needs to have some give, and PETG seems to be perfect. And... if that doesn't work for you, change the car brand ... :)
