Hole R=11.3mm (tight fit to 11mm stick). Height: approx. 9cm, max. R=6cm. There are several versions of this gear shift knob: knob with no gear numbers on top knob with gear numbers engraved on top knob with top cut off and separate plate with gear numbers (e. g. if you want to print it in a different colour) No print supports are needed (no overhangs). You might want to print it with material resistant to temperatures in a car. Installation: remove the old knob and put it on the metallic rod. No tools are necessary. It's a tight fit (11.3mm). The bottom ring is for the leather sleeve. Just pull it over. Use it at your own risk. Part safety and properties not tested in a real environment (e.g. car crash). It fits Xara Picasso HDI 2001. For other models - I have no idea.
