I got tired of looking at my fuzzy cardboard heatshield pull away at the top on my 2500HD 2006 LBZ Duramax. There are factory coarse threaded studs on the drivers and passengers side that pass through. These large 40mm (passenger) and 50 mm (drivers) flange nuts will help pin that heat shield back to where it belongs!  These may work and can possibly be modified for other Pre and post 2006-2007 Chevy and GMC trucks.  I would print these in PETG and I think 15% infill with 3Perimeters or 25% infill with 2 Perimeters should be plenty strong.
