When you attach your phone in CarPlay mode you can't use it however you still don't want it rattling around in your console pockets. This case will friction-fit an OEM iPhone lightning cable and secure your phone in an easy-to-remove dock. This dock is custom shaped to the left side of the Colorado center console pocket in front of the shifter and positions the phone so that it's easy to insert and remove in Park. The regular version fits an iPhone 6/7 shaped body with very thin cases like the spigen AirSkin. The 'naked' version fits case-less phones.
