I created this model after wanting something similar to  https://www.printables.com/model/1070460-chevrolet-gmc-truck-phone-dash-mount    .  I created the mounting points the same and used the same ball adapter for my model.  The spacers will use M4 threaded inserts and you will need M4 flat head screws to connect the top and the bottom.  The top plate accepts M5 bolts and nuts to attache what you like. I created a version that has a flush top plate that doesn't have notches to run USB cables.  BOM  16 M4 threaded inserts 16 M4 flat head screws
