This is a mount for a car sun visor I made to replace the factory one which broke. It fits a 2008 Subaru Impreza but I suspect that many other Subaru's probably use the same piece, so if your mount broke, like mine did, then I would compare it to this one and give it a go if it looks close. It is designed for the left sun visor specifically, but if your right sun visor is in need of this bracket just pull it into your slicer and use the mirror tool to make one for the right visor. I tried to improve the strength of my design by adding a clamp washer ring that will slide over the clips that hold the end of the visor shaft in place to reinforce the whole mechanism and hopefully make it less prone to failure. I superglued the ring into place after getting the end of the shaft that supports the visor clipped in fully. It should all be intuitive but feel free to ask me a question in the comments if something comes up. The pictures that show a version 1 just show an earlier version I had that I modified to make version 2, which at this point is the final version (and the one available here). Print Instructions: The part was designed for 0.2mm layer height, so that would be my recommendation. No supports should be necessary. The only other recommendation I have is make sure your seams are not all lining up, as that may decrease the strength of the part in those places. I used some strategic seam blockers when I sliced this to spread the seams around the part. I also ended up using Prusa's carbon reinforced polycarbonate material for the final print that I put into use, so I will see how that holds up. Other materials may work as well, but remember that it gets hot in most cars, so PLA probably won't cut it for most people. I recommend something with more heat tolerance, probably an ABS or ASA or better. I have two versions, the original and one with looser tolerances in the hole that the visor support shaft is inserted into. The original was a perfect fit for PLA but
