Description

Created this for my low mileage 1991 Cadillac Deville which does not have the adjustable shoulder harness option that is present on newer cars.  This pushes the belt down a couple of inches so that it doesn't scrape against your neck.    Just pops into where the belt comes out of the B pillar.   Will probably work on most GM vehicles of similar vintage and likely many others.
