Wife's Enclave upper storage compartment latch broke down, I 3D scanned the pieces and recreated in F360. I printed with .4 nozzle at pretty much default settings. I added a handful of small paint-on supports to keep the rails from warping and they break off pretty easily. After printing and cleaning off the supports, I used an emory board to smooth out the gap between the bottom two rails. I then cut a small piece of make-up sponge to act as a spring and glued to the V-shaped gap on the back. This keeps the latch pressure out and the lid engaged.
