UPDATE: I have uploaded a fixed version of the model since the top part should have been made a bit smaller so that it could be properly attached to the seat.     The rear seat back cover upper hooks are shown in the picture bellow. If you need them for the other side of the shell, you can mirror this model. I have modeled the hook using a 3D scan to fit perfectly.
