The front speakers need to fit a very specific profile, which is unfortunately not common. Most 4" x 6" speakers will slightly interfere with either the sheet metal cut-out dimensions, or they protrude too deep, so they clash with the window when it's rolled down inside the door frame. This solution has 2 main components: 4x spacers which push the speaker away from the door panel by 10mm (a small spacer under each mounting tab of the speaker). These are the “standoff spacers” in the files, print 4x for each speaker. A spacer just below the external grill / plate and the door card, otherwise there will be a gap here due to the speaker being pushed out. This is the “face spacer” in the files, print one for each speaker. They are symmetrical so you don't need to mirror one in your slicer or anything like that. Refer to this video for more details: You may need to scale this in your slicer (in the Z direction) if your fitment is different, but this should work for the majority of cases. Maybe you don't have a problem with the speaker fitting in the door, but instead you have a problem where the grill touches the center of the speaker cone? Just put the spacers between the grill and the speaker mounting tabs, switch the order :) Holy crap, do not print this in PLA. Yes, it's tempting. Don't do it. Use a big boy material.
