Since this dipstick is easily breakable(and mine broke) I modeled it! Modeled using SolidWorks. Used photoshop for known dimensions and calculating rest. THIS IS NOT THE DIPSTICK FOUND ON VOLVO CARS OR SUCH! I highly recommend printing the stick sideways with supports as its much harder to break. Vertical model doesnt require any supports(Warning breaks easily!) Print settings: Layer height:0.2mm (could be 0.1 too but will be less durable) Layer width:0.4mm (0.2 would be better but its harder to print) Support: Yes(tree) for sideways model. None for vertical Build plate adhesion type: None Material: Petg/ABS/ASA(anything heat resistant) DO NOT PRINT WITH PLA OR YOU WONT BE ABLE TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS IN 75 DEGREES! Infill:100%(recommended) Walls:5 Top/bottom thickness: 1mm I can model other dipsticks too if you send photos and dimensions of them!
