I replaced the windscreen washer pump on my Austin Healey, with a 12v cigarette lighter socket. I fabricated a plug that looks like the original washer pump, to protect the socket when not in use and to keep the dashboard looking period-correct. I'm sure this can be adapted for other cars as well (especially British cars from the 50s and 60s). Just add a nut, bolt and a washer pump knob to complete the build (links below). Here is the cigarette lighter socket I recommend: [https://bugeyeguyparts.com/products/cigarette-lighter-kit-for-dashboard-washer-pump-hole](https://bugeyeguyparts.com/products/cigarette-lighter-kit-for-dashboard-washer-pump-hole) Here is the washer pump knob: [https://bugeyeguyparts.com/products/washer-pump-knob](https://bugeyeguyparts.com/products/washer-pump-knob)
