This is an Audi emblem COVER or MOLD. If you decide to use it as a cover, then print in ABS or quality PETG. Not all PETG is created equal. I ordered an 2023 Audi RSQ8 with the “ABT” & “Prestige +Black Optics” options which comes with a blacked out Audi emblem in the front, BUT I wanted the Audi glowing LED emblem, which apparently(?) only comes in chrome from Audi. Sure, you could buy a cheapy aftermarket Audi LED emblem in black but it will not be covered under warranty and may be an electrical risk. I have since made 4 of these for friends that LOVED it and can confirm it fits on 2022 RS6, 2021 SQ8, 2022 Q8, and 2020 Q7. I printed in PETG on a PEI bed (for a better looking surface texture) for my 2023 Audi RSQ8. Once printed I painted epoxy over the emblem solely because it makes the sparkle of the PEI texture much more apparent and looks much cooler. No supports needed but BRIM is mandatory . 3-6mm brim will suffice. .2mm layers, 5 walls/perimeters, 100% infill (this is technically overridden by the 5+ walls). This will print on a .4 nozzle, however I printed on a .2mm nozzle to accommodate the very fine lines. You can also adjust most slicers to “compensate for thin gaps/lines” and simply use a .4mm. If you do print with a .4 and change no settings at all (which I tested several times on both Ankermake m5 and Bambu x1), it may contain small gaps in the thinner parts of the print. It can be printed on an Ankermake M5 but needs to be rotated 45° to fit. I drove from Las Vegas, through Death Valley, during the hottest week of the year. Temps above 118f. My PETG cover did not melt nor warp. I kept the cover on for 2 weeks waiting for my epoxy kit to arrive. I then used this print as a MOLD by scaling the size up by 4%. Once printed I sprayed “FlexiSeal” silicone spray on the inside of the 3d printed MOLD. I waited 24 hours for it to fully cure. I then performed the vacuum bag+release film+carbon fiber twill+epoxy method that I learned from watching “Easy Composites
