The aftermarket grill on my Audi positioned the plate too low, this reduced airflow through the radiator and looked a bit odd. I didn't have any cooling problems but airflow through the radiator will never be a bad thing Using these I raised the grill ~40mm and increased the lower grill open area by about 30%. I printed these using Multicomp Pro ASA at 0.3 Layerheight on a modified Ender 3. I needed 2 lowers and one upper for my plate carrier. The upper has one tab missing so you don't see it sticking out the top. They are designed to twist in and have a slight interference fit to hold them in place, additionally, tightening the screws for the plate holder prevents them from twisting back out.
