This is a custom made front short number plate carrier for an Aston Martin DB12. I have tested it only on a 2024 UK car. It is possible, and maybe likely, it will fit 2025/26 model years but I haven't tested it. There is a reason why it MAY not. When making this I scanned the existing Aston Martin plate holder. When I came to fit the short holder it wasn't quite right, I assumed it was something I'd done wrong but in reality the left side “lug” on the car is 2mm further back than the right side (this is the car's right and left). So the “real” Aston Martin plate holder is closer to the car on the left side of the plate than the right. My short plate holder compensates for this by having a 2mm deeper lug on the left (car's perspective!) It is possible Aston Martin will have fixed this in later models. Strongly recommend you print in ABS or ASA. I used 35% infill and 3 wall loops. Print at a rough 60 degree angle (X) from the bed and use supports. Fitting uses the existing screws which should fit perfectly. The photos show the version I used but the version for printing includes a couple of holes in case you want to screw the plate on. They SHOULD accommodate a normal number plate screw. Needless to say - fix the carrier to the car first! Update July 2026! Having had the plate fall off twice now especially during the recent heat wave I would strongly recommend you use screws. The good news - I have had no problems with the carrier itself.
