Since these original plastic parts are virtually impossible to find or often broken, I 3D-modeled a custom replacement cover that fits into the leg shield / inner fairing to cover the chassis number. Print Settings & Recommendations Material: PETG, ASA, or ABS is highly recommended. Standard PLA might deform under hot summer sun or outdoor weather conditions. Layer Height: 0.2 mm (or 0.16 mm for a smoother finish) Infill: 20% - 30% (Grid or Gyroid) Supports: Depending on your printer's bridging capability and orientation, minimal supports might be needed around the mounting tabs. Wall Loops / Perimeter: 3 - 4 walls for strength around the retention clip/tabs. Compatibility Fits the first-generation Aprilia SR 50 models (vertical Minarelli / Morini engines), including: Aprilia SR 50 (1992–1994) Aprilia SR 50 Urban Kid / VIP / Replica (1994–1997) > Note: Does not fit the later SR50 WWW, Stealth, Netscaper, or Factory models (SR50 Second Gen / SR50 R) as their fairing shapes differ.
