I created an inner headlight cover for my Alfa Romeo Mito. It is designed with TPU in mind to mimic original part. You can try printing it with other materials, but it may not fit as nicely. I also provide a .STEP file, so feel free to modify it to your needs. I recommend printing from the .STEP file, as it provides better geometry and results in a cleaner overall look. All modern slicers support this, so don’t worry. Print it solid with: 3 top layers 3 bottom layers 3 outer walls. Happy Printing!
