Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures of the installed spacer but, as there are so few designs available to fit this car, I thought I'd get these out there. I've included the STL as well as the STEP files for those who'd like to have a closer look or add their own touches. Required a speaker adaptor plate to mount 6.5 inch JVC speakers ( https://nz.jvc.com/car/speakers/cs_df620/ ) to my Alfa Romeo Mito. These spacers fit into the 3 hole pattern on the door and spaces the speakers to fit at the correct distance in the door-cards whilst avoiding the window glass. These fit perfectly on the rear speakers but I had to slot the three mounting holes for the front ones I drilled out the rivets of the old OEM speakers and put a M5x16 bolt through the holes from the inside. The bolts were tightened down with a nut before the spacer is placed on the studs. this allows a gap for the speaker wires and I sealed the rest of the gap with double sided foam tape. I cut the OEM plug and soldered the supplied wires to the factory wiring but there is plug adaptors available on ebay ( https://www.ebay.com/p/23006803274?iid=183968440860 ) Print Settings Printer Brand: Creality Printer: Ender 3 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 10 Filament: 3RDAX PLA Black Category: Automotive
