I made this piece to fix a broken volume knob for the radio on an AlfaRomeo 159. You can see the back of the original knob on the photo; you just attach my piece with a small drop of glue on the inside of the knob, and then press fit the knob onto the original splined shaft. I hope it works for you! (it might work for other Alfa Romeo models if they have the same radio, I guess)
