Air Went Blade Replacement Part I have a 2005 Toyota Corolla in which the previous owner used to attach his phone onto the AC air went blades and sucessfully broke two of them. I didn't find the blades selling anywhere and replacing the whole outlet is not economical, so I've decided to desing my own blades to replace the broken ones. It is compatible with the following cars and models Toyota corolla e12/e120 Printing I used eSun matte Black PLA which is very close to the original color. For long term, I would suggest to use ABS as PLA can deform during the Summer. I printed on the side and enabled support as the pins add some overhang. It can also be printed on the flat edge. In this case support is definietly needed and probably need to enable brim for better bed adhesion. Replacing the blade Replacing the blades can only be done from behind, so the frame has to be popped out. To do that: Pop out the plastic covers above the gear stick. You can use a splunger to help with that Pop out the middle knob and unscrew the philips screw under it You can now pop off the entire AC panel which covers two 10mm hex nuts holding the frame. After removing the nuts, you can pop off the frame Remove the radio unit and the frame is free now Pop out the back of the frame to get access to the blades
