This is a replacement for the stock part 55620-89103 . It uses the original carriage for the cups and the s shaped bar. I have confirmed the design fits and the cup holder works. This design improves on the locks in the back by using springs from harbor freight and flaps in order to secure assembly and also prevent breakage. I highly recommend printing this in ASA to prevent warping or UV damage. Printing notes: Supports not needed Print the flaps with the flap part facing down. The hole should alight with the z axis. I recommend using a brim but it may not be needed. Parts needed: 1.5mm diameter steel rod or equivalent 3x 3M 3-4mm machine screws 2x springs at least 8mm in height and 7mm in diameter (they can be found at harbor freight in a box as 7/32”x11/16”) Assembly: Cut the steel rod into two pieces at least 25mm in length. Use a drill bit to clean up the hole in the flaps. Turn the frame onto its side and using a hammer gently start to tap one of the rods in to the hole on the side. Make sure to also hold the appropriate flap in place. Repeat on the other side. Take the original drink carriage and gently firmly press it into the two recessed holes. Take the face plate and using the 3x 3M screws secure it to the frame. Take the two springs and pressing them down, gently slide them under the flaps into the recessed areas. Press up and down on the flaps to loosen them so that they get depressed on installation. enjoy your cupholders!
