The bracket attaches to the stock bin lid in order to provide a way to replace the big lid hinge with a piano hinge. Demo video: https://youtu.be/I8qPRe8cYYg Disclaimer: This was originally designed to attach the stock lid to custom 3D printed bins. Currently those bins are not on my profile, but they will be eventually and when they are I will upload them. I personally have not installed this on the stock bins but there is no reason why it would not work on them. However, you will need to drill and may need to cut or modify the existing bin frames do so at your own risk.  Printing: I recommended ABS at minimum if not ASA. The Center piece will need supports for the tabs. Tools needed: Rivet gun sharp knife or scissors drill and bit set. Materials needed: 12x - Rivets 1-1/16 in. x 12 in. Square Radius Matte Black Continuous Hinge Recommended permanent adhesive super glue or alternative. 24x - M3 machine screw washers Installation: After printing out all three pieces place a small amount of glue on the two edge tabs of the center bracket piece and/or place a rivet with an M3 washer on each side through the tab holes in order to bind the three pieces together. Place the hinge barrel side up into the slot in the bracket. Using a rivet and two M3 washers per hold. Rivet the piano hinge to the bracket. Remove the screws from the plate on the underside of the stock lid. Remove the old broken hinge piece(s). Place the bracket again with the piano hinge barrel facing up toward where the bin would be if you had the lid installed and closed it. Screw it down with the original hardware. Note: At this point you have three options the rivet will interfere with the stock plate that goes under the lid. You can leave the plate off, or you can put the plate on but the lid may not close all the way. Finally, you could Dremel or cut small notches where the rivets are in order for the lid to sit properly along the bracket. Place the lid on the bin to ensure that everything lines u
