This is an extremely large print for (2012) Audi A3 owners (maybe other Audi's as well) to drop into the two-stage cup holder size we have. 207.50mm (X) × 200mm (Y) × 217.40mm (Z). It's off-center 7.5mm to move it slightly toward the armrest, away from the shifter. The cup holder situation in my car is enough to hold 2 normal-sized 16.9 oz bottles but not much more. It's more like a normal cup holder and a half because the second one is about half the size and depth. This aims to solve one problem, and that's to add one massive cup holder so I could fit my large Costco 64oz insulated water jug. I've also been using this as a little junk container too, to hold my phone, the rest of my keys, & loose change. The first photo is of the bottle and cup holder. I had not yet removed the internal supports. The second photo shows it right as it finished the print. I have also included two spacers for some of my other bottles. I printed this on my CoreXY (Creativity Elf, sorry I don't own a Prusa… yet) in PETG to avoid melting in the summer heat. I printed with the following configuration: 0.6mm nozzle 240°c 50% fan 0.3mm layer height 70mm/s 3 perimeters 15% infill Supports This took me 17 hours 12 minutes to print. I suppose if you trust your printer not to knock your prints over at height, you could bypass the supports and print upright instead of upside-down; maybe a fat brim would help? Lastly *I designed this a while ago so I had to purge my Fusion 360 files to make room… unfortunately I don't have anything but the 3mf files.*
