This allows the same tool to be reused for multiple collector configurations without manually calculating or redrawing each tube cut. The template is intended for practical workshop fabrication using simple hand tools. HOW TO USE: Confirm that the real tubing outside diameter is Ø34.0 mm. Slide the printed template onto the runner tube. Select the required collector configuration. Position and orient the template correctly. Trace the required cutting geometry with a marker. Remove the plastic template before cutting. Cut the tube using an angle grinder, bandsaw, hacksaw or another suitable metal-cutting tool. Deburr and finish the cut surfaces. Repeat the process for the remaining runner tubes. Rotate and position the prepared runners into the required collector arrangement. Tack weld the assembly. Check collector symmetry, alignment and outlet geometry. Complete the final weld only after confirming the complete shape.
