Digital 3D printable Exhaust Merge Collector Pipe Cutting Template designed specifically for Ø32.0 mm round tubing from the Europe Metric OD series. This reusable fabrication tool is intended for marking tube cuts used when building multi-tube exhaust merge collectors, header collectors and custom manifold collector assemblies. TUBE OUTSIDE DIAMETER: Ø32.0 mm / approximately 1.26 in 32.0 mm = approximately 1.2598 in. The metric Ø32.0 mm dimension is the primary and exact reference for this model. HOW TO USE: Confirm that the actual tubing outside diameter is Ø32.0 mm. Slide the printed template onto the runner tube. Select the required collector configuration. Position and align the template correctly. Trace the required cutting geometry with a marker. Remove the plastic template from the cutting area. Cut the tube along the marked line using an angle grinder, bandsaw, hacksaw or another suitable metal-cutting tool. Deburr and finish the cut surface. Repeat the process for the remaining collector runners. Rotate and arrange the prepared tubes into the required configuration. Tack weld the collector assembly.
