The little clamp on my passenger side mirror cover broke, a replacement visor is $200, so I took some time, and designed this, printed out of ABS and it works. You need to add some conductive tape to the tab in the middle (see the factory one) so it closes the circuit when flipped up and the lights turn on. This is a great tutorial how to take the sun visor apart: https://www.gmfullsize.com/threads/how-to-nnbs-visor-disassembly.217057/ But for replacing the cover, just slide it up in closed position, and it should pop out. Attaching the new one, just do it in reverse. I used a screwdriver to gently pry it on, so the tabs don't break. It should fit all the models that share the same sun visor, but my car has a sunroof, and that sun visor is a bit different. I didn't check if it fits the driver side, but I assume it would, maybe you need to mirror it. Give it a try :-) Strongly recommend ABS or ASA, as the car interior can get hot!
