Description

This is an adjustable glovebox organizer for 2015–2022 Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon trucks.  You will need to print: 1 Top; The Full model (355mm x 194mm) is only if you'd like to cut it a different way than the pieces provided. The Left and Right models (215mm x 194mm each) should fit on most printers. I printed mine on a Mk4. 2–5 Legs; the amount will depend on how many compartments you desire. 1 Bottom I printed in Polymaker ABS hoping it holds up to the interior temperatures of a car in the summer. The parts are 3 and 4mm thick so other materials may work with some modification to the settings I used: 0.4mm nozzle 0.2mm layer height 5 bottom and 5 top solid layers 4 perimeters 15% gyroid infill 8mm brim, because ABS Painted supports for the center tab of each section on the split top models. All parts are oriented for printing but these areas will be above the build plate.  Assembly: If using the a split top, glue to two sections together. Position the top so that the labels are facing up and toward you, this is the bottom rear. Press the tabs of the legs into the slots of top in the desired location. They are labeled for which side goes to the rear. The tabs are friction fit and shouldn't require any glue. Press the bottom piece into the tabs of the legs. This piece is symmetrical, orientation doesn't matter as long as it's centered, all the slots align with those in the top. Otherwise it will not fit in the glovebox. Set the assembly into the glove and enjoy easy access to your stuff.
