My 2007 GMC Canyon seat tilt button broke off long ago - made a simple replacement button cover. Print in ABS if you live in hot climate I heated the metal up with a lighter - and press fit the button over it, as its designed to be slightly smaller hole than what it goes over, this way it wont come off easily.  I printed normal .2 / .4 - 50% infill - only thing to note is make first skin layer "lines" instead of concentric - this way you dont have to print support and it will bridge the tiny hole very easily. Very simple yet effective.
