I appreciate a shoutout whenever possible, but if I'm the reason music is playing somewhere, that's enough for me. Design Philosophy Uses a max of 45 degree overhangs for widespread printability. No supports. No post processing. Ready for use off the build plate. No additional hardware. Uses speaker provided hardware and reuses the car's top screw. Approximates the same speaker offset used by the OEM speaker + bracket. PETG to survive being temperature cycled while also being accessible for most printers. Alternative Hardware The screws that come with the scosche speakers are very okay, but having to do several test fitups leads me to believe they aren't hardened. Below is a compatible replacement I used due to a couple heads rounding out. #7 1-1/4" zinc wood screws Speaker Tape I used closed cell foam tape commonly used for weather stripping in place of name brand speaker tape. 1/4" x 1/2" x 17' foam tape Dimensional Accuracy This part, like many, requires dimensional accuracy. Dry your filament. Excess moisture tends to make the part run bigger. The largest dimension on this part is 205mm. A good rule of thumb shrink factor is 0.5%, which is ~1mm, and 1mm definitely matters here. For context, that's the difference between being dead on and 40% of the screw hole being out of line. You also might have noticed that I used two different filaments for my pair of speakers. I can do that because I've already taken the time to measure the shrin
