Description

This is a block-off plate for the FITV on the intake manifold of the B20A5, may fit on a B21A1 intake manifold however I cannot confirm. This deletes the warmup idle valve that often is the cause of vacuum leaks + idle surging, it also deletes some coolant lines from around the intake manifold (the inlet and outlet of which can simply be connected to each other).   I used a water jet to cut this piece out of aluminum, but it could be printed with the right material, both types of files are included. The 3D file has spaces for o rings to be installed but this is not necessary, flipping the model within the slicer will put those on the outside of the part if preferred. I used RTV to create a seal, and I have done a smoke test to confirm it is sealed.
