Replace that ashtray with something more practical. I added a cutout in the back of mine for the USB connector that came with my CustomAutoSound replica radio. It fits my Samsung phone and case perfectly, but my wife's iPhone is too big. A charging cable fits nicely. You could use it for coins or other things that you want access to easier than reaching in the glove box. I printed at 100% infill. Not sure If I needed to. Mine does fit at 100% size, but printing slightly larger or bending the holding tangs on the dash part will have a tighter hold on the print. Adjust the size for your specific application. Print in PC MAX, ABS or PETg. Since it is to be used in a car which can be exposed to extended temps in the summer PLA may soften and break and so is not suggested. I used PLA+ and I have a loose fit already after a couple days in the heat. This fit a 1970 Buick LeSabre with a dash ashtray that folds out of the dash.
